Catalogs are available upon request and sent FREE of charge. You may request a catalog online from our Request A Catalog page. Simply fill in your contact information and a catalog will be sent to you immediately.
How do I place an order with Play with a Purpose®?
You may place your order with Play with a Purpose® in any of the following ways:
1. Order Online
You have three options when placing an order online at pwaponline.com: (1) you may browse Play with a Purpose®'s products online, (2) you may enter items directly from the catalog into the Catalog Quick Order form, or (3) you may use a combination of the two.
While browsing pwaponline.com, you may add any item to your shopping cart by simply clicking on the "Add To Cart" button. When you are finished shopping, click on the "Check Out" button at the bottom of the Order Summary page, or click on the shopping cart located near the top of any page.
When ordering from the Play with a Purpose® catalog using the "Catalog Quick Order" form, type in the 5 digit product codes (as shown in the catalog) in the "Item #" box, and enter the quantity you wish to purchase in the "Quantity" box. You DO NOT need to enter the 2-digit letter codes that appear in the catalog---just the numbers. To move between boxes in the online order form, press the "Tab" key on your keyboard, or use your mouse to place the cursor in the box. When you have finished entering all of the items you wish to purchase, press the "Enter" key on your keyboard, or the "Add Items" button at the bottom of the form, and your order will be totaled. (You may also use the "Catalog Quick Order" form to order products from our Gopher catalog, a catalog devoted to physical education, health, athletics, recreation, and fitness products for elementary, secondary, and adult ages.)
After submitting your order, we will send you an e-mail to confirm your order. This e-mail will let you know the exact amount of your order, and when you should expect to receive your order.

How will I be billed? / How can I pay for my order?
Purchase orders are accepted upon credit approval and payable on net 30 day terms. Play with a Purpose® also accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Optima, and Discover credit cards for all purchases. We also serve Government Credit Cards (Smart Cards, Impact Cards).
Is my credit card safe when I use it on the Play with a Purpose® website?
All transactions are completed on a secure server. This secure server encrypts your personal information to make online credit card usage as reliable and safe as it is in a physical business environment.
If you are a customer that is sales tax exempt, contact us to determine if we have a sales tax exemption certificate on file for you. If you do not contact us or you are not tax exempt, we are required by law to charge sales tax.
Play with a Purpose® has one simple calculation to figure out your shipping and handling charges. These charges will be 16% of your order total. Whether your goods are sent UPS, RPS, USPS, or motor freight, the charge will always be 16% of your total order.
Once I place my order, how long before it will be delivered to me?
Warehouse items that are in stock will ship the same day you place the order, if the order is placed before 3:00 p.m. (Central Time). Normal shipping time is 3-5 working days. To meet your immediate needs, Express, Next Day, 2nd Day, 3rd Day shipping is also available at an additional cost. Contact us toll free at 1-888-330-1826 for details on these shipping options.
If an item is backordered, how long before I can expect to receive it?
We do our best to keep every item in stock, and we succeed 99% of the time. If we do need to backorder merchandise, you will be informed of the backorder on your shipping confirmation. Play with a Purpose® has a good track record of shipping most backorders within 2 weeks.
A Merchandise Return Form will be included with your order. If you can't locate this form, you will soon be able to download it online here. For now, we ask that you call us at 1-888-330-1826, and we will be glad to give you return instructions. Please fill this form out, include it with the merchandise being returned, label the box, and send it back to Play with a Purpose®:
